They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.- Acts 2:42
It’s hard to separate food from fellowship! After all, it’s modeling the Early Church (Acts 2:46). The “Eat and Meet” involves a larger group coming together in a potluck-style meal followed by worship and Bible study. A “Table of Eight” is just that- eight people eating a home-cooked meal together inside someone’s home.
